Cooking with Local Seafood

    The Wine List is happy to announce of 1st series of COOKING CLASSES!

    To make sure you have a great personal experience, classes are limited to15 participants. Each class will consist of chef demonstration -- and questions,
    comments and volunteers to act as “sous chef” are encouraged. Cooking demonstrations will be followed by a sampling of each creation (paired with
    fabulous wine, of course) and recipes will be provided to take home.

     

    When: Tuesday 5/13/08 at 6 p.m.

    As the acclaimed chef of The Naked Oyster, David has also appeared as a guest chef for some of our recent wine events. In this class, he will share his techniques for creating mouthwatering dishes with the bounty from our local waters.
